Damaged Items
Did your candles arrive broken?
This occasionally happens and we apologize for the inconvenience. If your product arrived damaged, please use our contact form or send an email to info@northernhomecandle.com, let us know what happened, and we will arrange to send you a replacement.
Refunds
Refunds are only available for damaged items and all sales are final.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not available for online orders. If you have purchased a candle in-store and would like to exchange it for another one, please visit us at our shop at 2533 7th Ave E, Unit E, North Saint Paul, MN 55109. Only candles that have not been used are able to be exchanged for another.
