Damaged Items
Did your candles arrive broken?
This occasionally happens and we apologize for the inconvenience. If your product arrived damaged, please use our contact form or send an email to info@northernhomecandle.com, let us know what happened, and we will arrange to send you a replacement.
Refunds
Refunds are only available for damaged items and all sales are final.
Shipping PolicyThank you for visiting and shopping at Northern Home Candle. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders $200 or larger may take up to 7 business days to process.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
Shipping Address
We are currently only able to ship to the sole individual named in the shipping address section at checkout. We are unable to ship a single order to multiple parties and we are also unable to split your shipment to be sent to different addresses.
